Predictive Fleet Asset Management
Our client operates a container terminal which handles 20" & 40" containers, reefers as well as dry bulk for import & export. New tools & capabilities was required to support the maintenance & engineering team better manager their fleet of crane assets. The management team also required more operational transparency to support them take data-led action at the first sign of trouble. Importantly, they looked to develop their predictive maintenance capabilities over time. In addition to this, the ability to integrate various assets types with new & legacy control systems to SAP was of critical importance for optimizing their business processes.
